As an adjunct faculty member, Laura Carr has been with Hodges University for five years. She received her bachelor’s degree in wildlife ecology and conservation from the University of Florida in 1999 before pursuing a master’s degree in environmental science from Hodges.
Graduating in 2005, she spent time working in environmental science with the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection. At Hodges, she teaches in the School of Liberal Studies.
In her spare time, she enjoys volunteering with the Estero Bay Buddies. She also enjoys reading and most sports, especially soccer.
