SWFL Law Enforcement Information and Career Expo
Individuals interested in
learning about community resources or pursuing a career in law enforcement will
have the opportunity to meet local, state and federal law enforcement agencies
at the Southwest Florida Law Enforcement Information and Career Expo hosted by
From 5:00-7:00 p.m. on
Tuesday, November 15, Hodges students, alumni and the public are invited to
learn more about the various law enforcement agencies and opportunities
existing in the field of law enforcement. The event will be held on the Fort
Myers campus, Building U in the Student Union, which is located at 4501
Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33966.
Law enforcement agencies
will display vehicles for the public to view and tour, as well as provide information
on community resources. Some of the agencies attending the event include the
Department of Homeland Security/Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Lee County
Sheriff’s Office, Collier County Sheriff’s Office, Fort Myers Police Department
and Florida Highway Patrol.
