Hodges offering more competency-based learning programs

Hodges University News

Hodges University has added to its list of programs being offered in the competency-based learning format. Competency-based learning (CBL) is a self-paced, academically rigorous and highly affordable degree completion option especially designed for adult learners and non-traditional students. Hodges is one of the first four-year institutions in the State of Florida to offer a CBL version of an associate or bachelor’s degree program.

Programs to be offered in the new format are Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Networking, Cybersecurity and Software Development. These are in addition to the Associate and Bachelor’s in Computer Information Technology and an Associate and Bachelor’s in Digital Design and Graphics that the school began offering in September.
