Hodges University Center for Nonprofit Excellence Holds Seminar on the Nonprofit Life Cycle on July 23
The Center for Nonprofit Excellence at Hodges University will host a two-hour seminar on understanding the different stages of the nonprofit life cycle. The session will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2015 from 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. at the Hodges Naples campus, 2647 Professional Way.
Attendees will gain insight into the nonprofit lifecycle, and the needs associated with each phase. Recognizing their organization’s position within the cycle helps board members and leaders more effectively define roles, build a board structure as well as identify and address the organization’s specific needs.
Leading the seminar is Susan Suarez of Suarez and Associates, a consulting firm dedicated to helping nonprofits succeed.
