Hodges University Announces 2015 Summer Lecture Series
Hodges University and the Frances Pew Hayes Center for Lifelong Learning (CLL) will be hosting a summer lecture series for adults interested in continuing their education and expanding their knowledge in a variety of subjects. Topics include anthropology, art, history, current affairs, world culture, government, the environment and more.
Lectures and discussion groups will take place at one of three locations from July through September: Naples Campus (2655 Northbrooke Drive, Naples, Florida 34119), The Terraces at Bonita Springs (26455 S. Tamiami Trail, Bonita Springs, Florida 34134), and Vi at Bentley Village (561 Bentley Village Court, Naples, Florida 34110).
Discussion groups will also be offered to the public by the CLL this summer, meeting bi-weekly. The American Foreign Policy Association will discuss world affairs and privacy in the digital age. The Great Books discussion group will discuss thoughts and insights on the session’s reading material, “Great Conversations: Volume 1”.
Three membership options are available to attend CLL classes. Annual members receive unlimited classes for one year for $250. Summer memberships receive unlimited classes for $100 for the 2015 summer session. The CLL now offers the option of attending classes without a membership for a fee of $25 per class.
