Discussing the Benefits of Nonprofit Strategy and Productivity

Nonprofit organizational leaders in Southwest Florida will receive valuable information on how to become more productive at work, as well as receive tips on strategic realignment and building effective relationships with the help of Hodges University’s Center for Nonprofit Excellence (CNE).

The “DiSC Personal Development Profile Assessment” workshop will take place from 9:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 6. Robin Larkin with Performance Management Associates will provide participants with the opportunity to build more effective relationships and be more productive at work. Each participant will complete the DiSC Assessment before graphing the results to identify his/her personal profile. The fee to participate in this workshop is $55 and includes the DiSC assessment book. The workshop will be held in the Kleist Community Room on the Fort Myers campus – 4501 Colonial Boulevard, Fort Myers, FL 33966.

Strategic Realignment for Nonprofits, Alternatives for Growth & Sustainability” workshop will take place from 9:30 – 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, December 8. Daniel Fox, who is a senior consultant with Ashley | Roundtree & Associates, will help participants understand why strategic realignment can support growth and sustainability. Participants will identify opportunities and options that make the most sense for his/her organization. The registration fee for this workshop is $35. The workshop will be held in the Stock Building, John White Community Room on the Naples campus – 2647 Professional Way, Naples, FL 34119.

CNE participants who attend four workshops in each governance, operations or management can earn a noncredit certificate in the topic area.
