The intensive program prepares individuals for professional sales careers. The certificate program covers professional selling practices and philosophy, personal selling skills, sales management and advanced study of professional selling processes, including conflict management and Customer Relationship Management. All credits earned from this certificate are acceptable toward Hodges University's associate and baccalaureate degrees.
