Originally from Denver, Colorado, Stacee Peltz has more than 22 years of experience in various health-related settings. Joining Hodges physical therapist assistant faculty in the School of Health Sciences, Peltz has also spent 17 years working for Lee Health. She provides services for the administration in the intake department in home health, as well as within the therapy department as a staff physical therapist assistant (PTA). She has also provided lectures and education on balance and fall prevention within the community, assisted in safety with fall prevention education and back care and lifting safety for employees.
Working in a variety of therapy areas such as acute, long-term care, acute rehab, home health and outpatient, she possesses many skills in neurological, orthopedic, trauma, balance, vestibular and fall prevention.
In her free time, she enjoys playing racquetball, practicing yoga and sewing.
