A native of Fort Myers, Fla., Scot Goldberg began teaching in the Legal Studies program at Hodges University in 2016.

Before joining Hodges, his legal career included serving as an assistant state attorney with Florida’s 20th Judicial Circuit and receiving certification in juvenile justice and delinquency from the U.S. Department of Justice.

Goldberg is the founding partner of Goldberg, Racila, D’Alessandro & Noone, LLC, a law firm focused on personal injury, wrongful death and criminal defense cases.

He holds memberships in the Lee County Bar Association, Lee County Personal Injury Association, Florida Bar, Federal Bar Association, Federal Court of the Middle and Northern Districts, Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
