Joining Hodges University’s School of Health Sciences in January 2016, Dr. Luminita Coman serves as an adjunct faculty member in the Biomedical Sciences program.
While living in Romania, she served as an expert referee with the National Commission for Nuclear Activities Control before becoming a physics engineer with the Environmental Research Engineering Institute.
In 1999, after moving to Florida, she served as a research assistant at Florida International University in Miami throughout her master’s and doctoral programs. In 2009, she accepted the position of adjunct faculty member with Florida Southwestern State College teaching interdisciplinary science, astronomy and physics.
