An alumna of Hodges University, Caroline Hofmann began as a teaching assistant in Hodges’ undergraduate Applied Psychology program in May 2015. In 2016, she began her new role as an adjunct faculty member. Her expertise includes counseling, trauma and addiction.
Grateful for her experience as a student at Hodges, Hofmann is the first alumna from the Clinical Mental Health Counseling program to become a licensed mental health counselor. She is also the first student to become a certified addiction professional through Hodges’ CAP courses.
As a licensed mental health counselor in Florida and a certified addiction professional (CAP), she currently practices at SalusCare. She has been working in the addiction and co-occurring disorders field since October 2009.
Hofmann has worked as a pharmacy technician, and she has 12 years of clinical laboratory experience, which has provided her with a biological perspective and understanding of the organic aspects of mental health treatment. She is also an experienced psychological assessor and an experienced presenter in national, state and local conferences and trainings.
In her free time, she enjoys fishing.
