Learn how to tell your story in a way that is meaningful and represents your organization’s vision, mission and case for support—all while peaking donor interest. Effective organizational stories will be shared and participants will have an opportunity to fine tune their stories.
Audience: Executive Directors, Development Directors and related staff
Speaker Bio: Robert C. Happy Jr., President of Averill Fundraising Solutions, LLC will lead a panel to include an organizational leader, a recipient of nonprofit services and a professional "story teller" who can offer a well-rounded set of experiences for program participants.
Bob Happy has nearly 35 years of experience providing expert leadership and direction to clients across the not-for-profit sector. During his career, he has served more than 2,000 clients and has guided them to raise more than $2,000,000,000.
Before forming Averill Fundraising Solutions, he served as the executive vice president and chief operating officer of the nation’s largest fundraising firm. Thus, he brings a unique management and leadership experience to each client and project.
He is a recognized industry leader, sought after speaker, trainer and instructor. He has mentored hundreds of professional fundraising practitioners and many have joined him at Averill Fundraising Solutions.
