About This Event
Based on the research of Gallup, examining the characteristics of thousands of effective leaders over 30 years, Strengths-Based Leadership identifies those individual leadership themes that make up your leadership DNA. As a leader, identifying your individual leadership strengths and using them to lead will increase your effectiveness. As a strengths-based leader, your focus is on building capacity within your organization by helping others identify and use their leadership strengths to achieve quality results.
Participants in this leadership training will first learn about their individual leadership strengths by taking the Gallup StrengthsFinder Online Assessment prior to the session. The facilitator will assist participants in understanding their individual strengths and utilizing those strengths to increase leadership effectiveness and capacity within their organization.
Dr. Tim Ferguson is a certified Gallup Strengths Coach who will use the Strength-Finder assessment data along with the principles of “Strengths Based Leadership” by author Tom Rath and Barry Conchie to facilitate this leadership training session. Register Now
