More About Public Administration >
MPA CLASSROOM FORMAT: MPA classes will be delivered in an "executive format", meeting three weekends per term Friday evenings & Saturday, selected week nights and online. A significant portion of the course requirements will be met through online instruction, requiring students to be computer literate and familiar with online protocol. This program is ideal for the working adult learner who is on a management track. The Hodges University MPA program is sensitive to the adult learner’s career and family responsibilities and offers practical weekend class scheduling, as well as technological delivery of instruction to facilitate the overall learning experience.

MPA ONLINE FORMAT: The online format for the MPA degree is delivered through the internet using an online platform. This platform is comprehensive and interactive, allowing the student 24/7 access to their courses. Hodges University uses a secured platform, easily accessed from the University’s website or directly through the internet. Proctored tests and final exams are required.

The online MPA program includes 21 semester hours of Public Administration core courses and 9 semester hours in the Government or Non-Profit Track. This represents a total of 10 classes for completion of the degree program. Concentrations require 9 additional credit hours and are available to MPA students.
