Master of Science (MSM) >
The Master of Science in Management is a unique program of study, specifically designed to prepare working professionals for increasing responsibility in management positions in contemporary organizations. The program is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice and develops competencies in decision making, leading people, developing team players, and facilitating change in today’s diverse organizations and society. MSM graduates have the skills to think critically, create vision based on ethical values, discern the future, take risks, become global leaders, and institute change within their organizations. Bachelor of Science >
The Bachelor of Science in Management program is designed to work with the student’s interest and specialization. It prepares students with broadbased managerial skills which enable them to be successful in a variety of occupations. BSM graduates are employed in numerous industries where they can showcase their managerial and leadership talents.

There are several options for the student depending upon the management emphasis or minor sought. Some emphases may be offered in an online format. The BSM program develops the student’s talent in management through interactive learning and work experience. The program is designed so that the student attends a weekly comprehensive session to learn, assess, and analyze the progress made toward the career objective that the student desires. See the Undergraduate Catalog for detailed degree requirements.

Associate in Science >
The primary objective of the Associate in Science in Management program is to prepare students for entry-level positions in any arena requiring management skills and/or to provide students with a firm foundation for the Bachelor of Science in Management Degree Program. The program emphasizes quantitative skills such as accounting and finance as well as qualitative skills such as critical thinking and writing. All credits earned in this degree are acceptable and apply toward the Hodges University Baccalaureate Degree in Management. See the Undergraduate Catalog for detailed degree requirements.
