Aubrey Harwood is an Assistant Professor in the Applied Psychology Program and has been teaching at Hodges since 2007. Course titles taught by Professor Harwood include General Psychology, Social Psychology, and Psychology of Deviant Behavior among others. She has a master's Degree from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Her real-life work experience is diverse, including positions such as Behavioral Health Specialist at Charlotte Correctional Institute, and Emergency Services Clinician at the Ruth Cooper Center. Professor Harwood's outside interests include traveling abroad, scuba diving, skydiving, jigsaw puzzles and genealogy researching. She also runs her family cemetery that was established in 1870 and carries the title "keeper of the bones."
