Susan Casey

Assistant Professor : Health Information Management

Professor Susan Casey joined Hodges in 1997 and teaches in the Health Information Management and Health Services Administration programs. Prior to joining the School of Allied Health at Hodges University, Susan had many years of clinical, management and administrative experience in a variety of health care settings including hospitals, home health agencies, staffing agencies and physical therapy clinics.

Professor Casey received a Bachelor in Science of Nursing from The University of Iowa and an MBA from Hodges University (International College). She currently teaches Health Information Management and Technology II, Introduction to Healthcare Services, and Medical Law and Ethics. Additionally, Professor Casey is the internship site coordinator for the HIM program.

When not teaching, Susan enjoys traveling, going to the beach, and spending time with family and friends.
