Great Books Discussion Group Fall Reading List

International College’s Creative Retirement Center hosts the Great Books Discussion Group on Fridays during the fall. This group, led by John Miller and Pat Morrison, discusses selections from the Great Books Foundation and other works. Individuals are invited to share their thoughts and insights about literature. The following is the fall reading list with discussion dates: Oct. 26, "Emile" by Rousseau; Nov. 9, "Thus Spoke Zarathustra" by Nietzsche; Nov. 30, Dante’s "Inferno"; Dec. 14, "Reflections on the Revolution in France" by Edmund Burke. The meeting time and place for each session is from 1 to 2:30 p.m. at International College.
