Fall 2006 Registration & New Degree Program OfferedFall 2006 Registration & New Degree Program Offered
Registration for the Fall Term at International College begins July 31 (for currently enrolled/continuing students) and August 14 (for new students).
Adding to the menu of degree programs available through International College’s Schools of Business, Professional Studies, Health and Technology, a new Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management will be available beginning this fall.
Program Chair Dave Rice says the new curriculum will include special emphasis on graphic design and desktop publishing.
"We’ve structured this program to include input from our professional community, harnessing some of the creative talent from local media and commercial operations so that students can complement their subject understanding with insight from those who are working fulltime in the field. We expect this will not only help students hone their skills, but better understand the range of job opportunities that exist throughout the region," says Rice.
Prior to Fall Registration, International College will additionally host an open house where potential students can meet with admission coordinators, financial aid representatives and program faculty.
The Open House, scheduled for the afternoon of August 12, will include refreshments and campus tours at both of the college’s campuses in Naples and Fort Myers.
