Center for Lifelong Learning at Hodges to host free session on holistic healing

The Frances Pew Hayes Center for Lifelong Learning at Hodges University will host a free session on holistic healing. The session, The Art of Joyful Living will be held on April 22, from 1:30 pm to 3:30 pm, at the Homewood Residence Learning Center in the Commons, off of Goodlette Road, in Naples.

Based on wisdom from the “Blueprint for the Human Spirit” (a holistic model for self-discovery and conscious living), participants will learn how to eliminate stress by adapting, allowing, and appreciating.  Also, the group will discuss how to create joy by integrating authenticity (balance), with purposeful action and amalgamation (unity).  Participants will have the opportunity to explore these aspects of inspired living during a two-hour interactive workshop

The session will be directed by Dr. Pamela Gerali. Dr. Gerali is a registered nurse with a Master's in public health and a Doctorate in holistic health sciences. She shares guidance from the “Blueprint for the Human Spirit,” her model for self-discovery and conscious living. Dr. Gerali’s most recent book is “Higher Tea: The Essence of Joy.”

The session is free of charge but reservations are required. To reserve a seat, please contact Christine Wheeler at (239) 598-6133.
