Center for Nonprofit Excellence offers seminar on writing grant proposals

The Center for Nonprofit Excellence at Hodges University will hold a seminar on writing grant proposals Thursday,
December 12 beginning at 9:30am. The seminar will be held at the Hodges Naples campus, 2655 Northbrooke Drive.

This interactive workshop will walk participants through the steps of exploring, writing, finishing and evaluating
grant requests. Participants will learn the steps of approaching the proposal preparation, writing the statement of need, the program narrative, and building a "winning budget.” Also included will be common criteria used by funders to evaluate proposals and common "shortcomings" of many grant seekers.

To register or for more information, please call (239) 598-6284.
