Hodges program donates clothes to Women’s Shelter

The business office at Hodges University recently completed its annual clothing drive, donating more than 20 boxes of clothing to the Shelter for Abused Women & Children’s “Another Option” thrift shop in Collier County.

“It is truly amazing the work that the Shelter is doing for our community,” said Gail Williams, Director of Student Accounts at Hodges. “For the general public, the Shelter’s thrift shop offers excellent savings on gently used items, and for their program participants, they offer free access to clothing, shoes and household items needed to rebuild their lives free from abuse. We are proud of our staff, faculty and students who made donations to our annual drive.”

The thrift shop is located at 968 Second Avenue North in Naples. For more information, call the thrift shop at (239) 434-7115. The Shelter’s 24-hour hotline is (239) 775-1101.
