Center for Lifelong Learning at Hodges to host free lecture series on option trading

The Frances Pew Hayes Center for Lifelong Learning at Hodges University will host a free lecture series on option trading on February 18 and 25, 2010. Both 90-minute sessions will begin at 10:00 am and will be held at the Hodges University Science and Technology building, 2655 Northbrooke Drive, just off I-75, in Naples.

Option trading has many advantages over other investment vehicles. Trading in option contracts can give an investor the flexibility to place bets on very specific market outcomes.  This class will highlight Options 101 –What are options?  Why trade options? Who trades options?  Option types and styles and finally option strategies. The lecture series is lead by Erik Heben, CFP®, a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Strategist for Private Wealth Consultants, an independent comprehensive wealth and tax management firm.

The lectures are free of charge but reservations are required. For more information, please contact Christine Wheeler at (239) 598-6133.
