As budgets tighten and fundraising becomes more difficult, donors are asking for more accountability from the nonprofits they traditionally fund and from those who are presenting new proposals. This hands-on workshop will teach participants how to identify the outcomes and indicators they can use to measure their program results and how to use those results in their marketing efforts. Measurement techniques and tools will be included.
