Instructor: Kathy Bertone is the author of "The Art of the Visit: Being the Perfect Host; Becoming the Perfect Guest." She is a former partner in a merger and acquisition firm outside Washington, DC. Kathy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
