    Multicultural Leadership Program

    The Hispanic Institute’s Multicultural Leadership Program focuses on results by helping companies succeed by providing middle managers tools to realize their potential for greater leadership roles. The curriculum provides broad-based leadership perspectives with an emphasis on self-awareness, confidence building and cultural competency.

    This eight-week program informs, challenges and educates participants to help them develop their strengths and leverage opportunities to achieve professional growth and success.

    Class size is limited so not all applicants may be accepted. A diverse class encourages great discussion, and the selection committee works to assemble a participant group that represents a cross-section of the community. Final decisions will be made by January 19, 2017, for the January 25, 2017, start date.  Candidates not selected in a given year are strongly encouraged to reapply in subsequent years.
