Multicultural Leadership Program
This program is an intensive seven-week program that provides the necessary leadership tools to empower, expand, and accelerate the influence of individuals from Hispanic and other cultures. The program will place emphasis on confidence building, language skills and cultural competence. The curricula will help students focus on their strengths and opportunities in order to achieve professional growth.
The program is designed for middle managers of organizations to gain additional leadership skills. Participants will learn more about their own leadership styles and brand, skills to use in the workplace, and more about the region in which we live and work. Learn more and apply for the Multicultural Leadership Program at Hodges University.
The Hispanic Institute at Hodges University is offering free 2-hour sessions a week to provide adult learners an opportunity to practice speaking Spanish with native speaking facilitators. Topics include everyday situations, current events, and cultural areas. Please note, participants must know some Spanish.
Sessions are currently offered every Monday from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on our Fort Myers Campus. Beginning October 13, 2015, sessions will also be offered every Tuesday from 3:00 - 5:00 p.m. on our Naples Campus.
