A member of the Hodges University faculty for 15 years, Dr. Diane Ball is the vice president of Institutional Effectiveness and Research, as well as a professor in the Fisher School of Technology. Serving in a variety of faculty and department head positions for more than 25 years, she received the Outstanding New Faculty Member from the Bryant College Center for Management Development in 1995. Additionally, she has more than 30 years of experience working in various technology training and consulting positions.
Working in the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Research since 2007, she was instrumental in the establishment of outcomes assessment processes at Hodges. Her involvement contributed to a successful Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) reaffirmation visit in 2013.
When she isn’t in the classroom, she enjoys music and is a flautist in the Naples area.
